MedGroup Solutions team of experts and organizations are ready to assist you with the implementation of your Hospital / Physician Integration strategy. Assuming your hospital and physician organizations have conducted an Integration Feasibilty Assessment, and then formed one of the MedGroup Solutions integration models, we will assist you with implementing the agreed upon details as identified in planning process. Some of the steps involved in implementation include:

• Perform legal services required to consummate integration transaction, including due diligence, preparation of legal documents, filings etc. Specific activities dependent upon form of transaction
• Provide strategies and tasks document to guide implementation; provide input to operational and implementation activities
• Perform on-site implementation of integration strategies and tasks.
• Implement physician staffing model that tracks and manages “productivity”. Compensation can vary between physicians within a specialty or across specialties depending upon their individual, departmental, or organizational productivity. Productivity may include managing inpatient programs, staffing ancillary sites, development of new clinical programs, negotiating with vendors, or practice governance leadership.
